Here we go! Things seem kinda solemn in the Chase household. Hm...

What happened to the others! You'll find out ;) I have a reason for skipping ahead to that evening (because I want to).

We're almost done with this printing series :D This one I was pressed for time, so I didn't do as many special effect edits. Next week, I'm going to walk through getting a US copy right :D Then we're back to shorter vids XD These long ones are taking it out of me. XD

The coloring/monochrome effect certainly adds to the foreboding feeling I get from this page.

Thank you! I appreciate that.

I was unsure about if I am happy with it...but at least I managed to get the grayscale to not be...oh, you know when there's not a lot of contrast? I forget the terminology XD

But man! Coloring that background, then draining the color's like watching all one's work drain away XD XD I know what it looks like, so...that's something.

Nowadays I only see such chairs through a window of a very expensive restaurant, lmao.

First step is not telling your parents anything and sneaking out every night to do a bit of world saving.
Second step is... I do not know. Improvise.

I miss nice, well made wooden chairs. We had a nice oak table my grandpa had made, and some chairs with spokes I kept disengaging from their sockets XD

We eventually got nice chairs that were similar to what I tried to draw. I feel like chairs like this (everything) has sky rocketed in price? I mean, I think Grandma still bought ours (we never had an inch to pinch), but...I don't think they were super expensive.

They were very well made :3

They had to be, because I was a god-awful monkey who, when not being watched, would climb around on everything.

Oh yeah, you know what's coming up XD NEVER tell you parents, who may possibly have some helpful input XD XD

Yeah. Open air museum villages in the middle and eastern part here have that sort of furniture as well from the 14-15th century. All custom made even inside basic houses but back then you had two guys working on that non-stop (usually lime wood) while three guys were cutting down trees! For the entire village, lmao.

It is like the only way to do some world saving for teenagers is to first have their parents on a business trip or... dead. Unless the parents are evil in which case it is the former heading towards the latter.

Oh! Lime wood is beautiful! (I just looked it up.)

Uh...well, their parents are alive for some of the story :D
